We are seeking two passionate and motivated Graduate Researchers to join our prestigious client, a leading global executive search firm based in London. As a Graduate Researcher, you will play a pivotal role in transforming organizations and markets across diverse sectors. Our award-winning firm provides comprehensive training, enabling you to specialize in industries such as Life Sciences, Industrial, Energy & Infrastructure, Financial Services, and more.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist consultants in preparing impactful client presentations.
  • Participate in client meetings to aid in developing project briefs.
  • Identify and evaluate top candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client briefs.
  • Create and maintain shortlists of qualified candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage necessary documentation for clients.
  • Support administrative tasks and organize meetings efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A bachelor’s degree, ideally with a 2:1 classification.
  • Degrees in Life Sciences or Business are highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong research capabilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach with a readiness to take on responsibilities from day one.
  • Organizational skills and reliability are essential.
