Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Recent graduates or those nearing completion of a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering are encouraged to apply. Aiming for professional accreditation (e.g., Chartered Engineer or PE) is advantageous. Strong academic credentials are a must. Basic knowledge of structural design principles for bridges and infrastructure is essential. Familiarity with structural analysis and design software such as MIDAS, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, or CSI Bridge is required. A keen desire to learn and enhance technical and professional capabilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to follow guidance from senior engineers. Candidates must be recent graduates, having graduated within the last 24 months or by September 2024.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist senior engineers in performing structural analysis and executing detailed design calculations.
Participate in the preparation of design sketches, technical reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with CAD/BIM technicians to create accurate drawings and models.
Engage proactively in continuous learning and professional development initiatives.
