Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
· Effectively organizes and executes lessons while adhering to the educational standards of our organization.
· Identifies and addresses educational objectives for each module based on the semester syllabus, utilizing standard educational materials (presentations, notes).
· Recognizes the learning needs of students and adjusts lessons accordingly to match their level and the specialty being taught.
· Creates an interactive and engaging learning environment using modern tools, technological applications (such as multimedia files, YouTube, 3D visualizations), and experiential teaching methods (role-playing, simulations, case studies, etc.).
· Utilizes the school's digital educational systems.
· Willing to participate in educational and developmental activities of the School.
Educational Profile:
· Deep knowledge of the educational subject and professional field of the specialty being taught.
· Innate desire to support and effectively manage students, embracing their youthfulness and diversity.
· Ability to inspire and motivate students while serving as a role model.
