Role Overview: Ground Support Equipment Engineer for Hybrid Powertrain
This role manages ground support equipment (GSE) for Archer’s Hybrid Powertrain program. The engineer ensures equipment meets operational needs and certification requirements, and collaborates with teams across the design and manufacturing process.
What You Will Do
- Oversee ground support equipment for the Hybrid Powertrain.
- Manage certification, usage, testing, and operational specifications for all GSE needed for the Hybrid Aircraft's powertrain. This includes refueling (electric and liquid), cooling, maintenance, repair, hydraulics, exhaust, and power management systems.
- Lead systems engineering for GSE operations, repair, and maintenance.
- Coordinate the design lifecycle by working closely with manufacturing and operational teams.
- Present designs and project updates to stakeholders.
