⏰ Full-time position: 50 hours per week
What Will You Do?
As a Groundworker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the environment for our clients. Your day begins between 6:00 and 7:00 AM with a delightful coffee alongside your colleagues. Together, you will load our vehicles with the latest tools and technologies, ready to hit the road by 7:00 AM.
On-site, your responsibilities will include:
- Replacing and repairing household connections
- Replacing street drains
- Installing new sewage systems
- Executing ground works
- Performing minor paving tasks
By approximately 4:30 PM, you will return to the office. Your efforts contribute to creating a clean and pleasant living environment for our clients, while also benefiting the planet.
Where Will You Work?
You will be part of a hardworking and friendly team at Van der Valk de Groot. Enjoy the stability of a collective labor agreement, while working in a close-knit environment. Most of your clients will be located within Zuid-Holland, although some projects may take you further afield. You will collaborate with your team both at residential properties and with businesses and municipalities.
As a Groundworker, you will often be paired up, ensuring you can effectively communicate with your team and wrap up the day collectively. We also make it a habit to conclude our week with a refreshing drink and snacks, because a positive atmosphere is invaluable!
Who Are You?
You are our proud Groundworker! Working outdoors energizes you, and you feel at home in the world of ground, road, and water. Even when the weather is not ideal, you find beauty in your projects.
We look for the following qualifications on your CV:
- Driver's license B (BE is a plus!)
- Proficient in Dutch
- Preferably some experience in ground, road, and water construction
