Role overview
The Group Product Manager in Boston leads the team responsible for Compass’s real estate leads platform. This core system connects homebuyers and sellers with real estate professionals, playing a key role in how demand is captured, matched, and delivered. As part of the nation’s largest real estate brokerage, the position shapes the experience for both consumers and agents.
What you will do
- Integrate multiple lead products into a single, scalable platform that supports all lead sources, including Compass.com and partners such as Redfin and Rocket Mortgage.
- Serve over 300,000 real estate professionals by improving how leads are matched and delivered.
- Define strategy and roadmaps for the lead platform, balancing long-term vision with technical execution.
- Drive execution to achieve measurable business outcomes and a seamless experience for agents and consumers.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance agent interactions and maximize platform value.
Preferred experience
- Product management experience with large-scale real estate products is strongly preferred.
