Translate company goals and customer insights into actionable product direction and roadmaps. Guide product teams in focusing on meaningful customer challenges and delivering impactful results. Team LeadershipMentor and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers. Encourage PMs to enhance their product judgment, prioritization, and customer-centric thinking. Cultivate a robust product culture centered on continuous learning, experimentation, and measurable impact. Platform and Cross-Functional AlignmentEnsure that product experiences are cohesive, scalable, and aligned with the overall platform vision. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams. Identify and manage inter-team dependencies to facilitate coordinated delivery. Execution and OutcomesAssist teams in the discovery, prioritization, and execution of high-impact solutions. Establish success metrics and ensure teams are tracking outcomes and learning from results.
