Role Overview
The Growth and Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist will help scale a direct-to-consumer product serving hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. The team works with an agile mindset, emphasizing quick iteration and ongoing improvement in how users interact with the product.
What You Will Do
- Analyze data to uncover friction points and opportunities in user funnels
- Design and test new approaches to improve conversion rates and user retention
- Build prototypes to validate ideas and measure impact
- Work closely with Growth, Product, and Engineering teams to implement and review experiments
- Take initiative in identifying problems and proposing solutions, not just supporting existing processes
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in growth, CRO, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Interest in user experience and experimentation
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership
- Ability to learn quickly from real-world results
