About the Role
As Semgrep's initial dedicated Growth Marketing Manager focused on Product-Led Growth (PLG), your mission will be to transform our organic user base into a robust growth pipeline. You will be instrumental in designing and executing programs aimed at converting free users into paying customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and accelerate their journey to value.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work within the Global Campaigns & Growth Marketing team, closely partnering with Product, Lifecycle, RevOps, and Sales. It is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on data-driven decision-making and is eager to shape the future of our marketing efforts.
Location Expectations
This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week at our San Francisco office.
What You'll Own
- Lead the free-to-paid conversion strategy, establishing clear KPIs throughout the funnel.
- Analyze user behavior to identify high-intent users and enhance their conversion path.
