Located in San Francisco, our dynamic team of around 65, comprised of alumni from prestigious institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Apple, and Palantir, is rapidly expanding. We are currently seeking a passionate GTM Recruiter to join our Exa family and contribute to our exciting growth journey.

About the Role

As a GTM Recruiter at Exa, you will collaborate closely with our founders and leadership team to drive the growth of our company. This position transcends conventional recruiting roles; you will leverage cutting-edge in-house systems powered by our very own search engine to enhance the recruiting process. Your mission will be to assemble a world-class GTM team and develop innovative recruiting frameworks that facilitate rapid scaling.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the complete GTM recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and closing candidates

  • Act as Exa’s ambassador, attracting top-tier account executives, marketers, and business development professionals to join our journey

  • Collaborate with founders and team leaders to define roles and pinpoint strategic hires

  • Enhance recruiting systems and workflows utilizing Exa’s proprietary search tools

  • Innovate creative sourcing strategies to distinguish Exa in the competitive San Francisco startup ecosystem

  • Contribute to shaping Exa’s talent brand and recruiting culture during our rapid growth phase (1.5x+ headcount increase each quarter)

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for GTM roles within startups or high-growth tech environments

  • Proven understanding of San Francisco startup culture with a knack for identifying and attracting elite talent

  • Excellent communication abilities, capable of crafting compelling narratives and articulating bold visions
