Role Overview: Growth Outbound Manager (Paris)
Data Strategy & Targeting Intelligence
- Define and implement targeting strategies by identifying ideal prospects based on industry and business indicators.
- Develop the lead generation engine: source, enrich, score, and dynamically assign top opportunities to the Sales team. Use both ready-made databases and custom scraping, including AI tools like Claude Code, to build Python scripts and tackle technical challenges.
- Maintain high data quality to ensure accuracy and actionability, supporting better lead conversion and outcomes.
