Role Overview and Significance
Within the Global Growth & Transformation team, we focus on integrating growth, transformation, and operational excellence to shape the future of WPP Media's partnerships with key clients.
As the Client Relationship & Relationship Intelligence Lead, you will oversee the relationship intelligence system across global clients. This role is pivotal in building, managing, and enhancing the systems, data, and processes that allow WPP Media to effectively understand, manage, and activate senior client relationships at scale. The position demands a blend of system ownership, design, structure, and operational delivery, ensuring that relationship insights are consistently captured and integrated into business operations. You will play an essential role in translating relationship data into actionable insights and value.
