Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Growth Strategy Analyst or Associate to join our dynamic Growth organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our go-to-market strategy and informing key business decisions. Your insights will empower our leadership team and sales force to achieve competitive advantages in the marketplace. Collaborating closely with various departments, including leadership, sales, programs, and product, you will ensure cohesive strategy development and execution.
Responsibilities
Market Sizing: Analyze and size core and adjacent markets to guide strategic initiatives and sales approaches.
Customer Analysis: Identify key purchase criteria, buying processes, and significant customer factors that influence decision-making.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct systematic tracking and analysis of competitors’ positioning to inform strategic decisions.
Special Projects Management: Tackle complex, ambiguous challenges, working cross-functionally to devise solutions and oversee implementation.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or finance.
Proven track record in conducting comprehensive due diligence, strategy formulation, or similar tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in fundamental analytics tools (Excel), presentation software (PowerPoint), and quick adaptability to new software.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
Familiarity with military or government markets is a plus.
