The Role
As Latent Health experiences rapid growth, we are in search of a GTM / Business Recruiter to assist in assembling exceptional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and selected Business Operations roles. This position is based in our Downtown San Francisco office, requiring you to be in-office 4 days per week. You will report to the Lead GTM Recruiter, working closely on hiring strategies while managing end-to-end full-cycle recruiting. You'll play a key role in shaping our GTM recruiting function, building candidate pipelines, and ensuring that every interaction embodies Latent’s values and mission.
This role is vital: the talent you attract will directly contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and our ability to fulfill our ambitious mission.
What You’ll Do
Build and Scale GTM Hiring
Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and select Business Ops roles)
Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement hiring plans aligned with organizational growth objectives
Develop proactive sourcing strategies and establish repeatable, multi-channel pipelines
Handle multiple concurrent searches while ensuring a high standard for talent and candidate experience
Enhance interview loops, scorecards, and hiring processes
Partner with Leadership
Engage closely with GTM leaders and managers throughout the hiring lifecycle
Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations
Assist in headcount planning and prioritization alongside the Lead GTM Recruiter
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers regarding candidate selection, offers, and strategy
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
Promote Latent’s culture and values in every candidate interaction
