About the Role:

We are seeking multiple GTM Recruiters to join our dynamic Recruiting team at Notion. As trusted partners in the hiring process, we strive to create a comprehensive, inclusive, and engaging interview experience. At Notion, we believe that attracting outstanding talent at the right moment is crucial for achieving our ambitious company objectives.

In this hybrid role, you will be based in either our San Francisco or New York office and will be expected to work in-office on Mondays and Thursdays.

Your Contributions:

  • Collaborate closely with leaders and stakeholders within our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including the Sales Organization, serving as a trusted advisor.

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to closing, delivering a thoughtful, inclusive, and high-touch experience for candidates.

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and talent mapping to continuously refine our hiring strategies.

  • Develop structured and scalable hiring processes encompassing intake, interview design, calibration, and debriefs to ensure objective evaluations.

  • Leverage data and insights to shape hiring strategies, focusing on metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rates.

  • Guide and mentor hiring managers and interview teams to enhance decision-making quality and reduce bias.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Total Rewards, People Operations, People Partners, and Executive Operations.

  • Advance our diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a more equitable workplace.
