Your Responsibilities:Design, develop, and uphold hardware/software for testing stations catering to PCBA and module-level assessments. Offer technical mentorship to our manufacturing partners for the setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of production testers. Perform failure analysis on PCBA and photonic modules regarding production issues. Devise troubleshooting and rework procedures for products. Document tester specifications and manage vendor relationships to facilitate tester development. Your Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related disciplines. Extensive experience in digital interfaces. Hands-on proficiency in electrical engineering labs, particularly in PCBA setup, testing, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Python software development. Strong communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Linux networking and infrastructure. Experience managing contract manufacturers, especially in Asia, with a willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time. Solid background in both digital and analog circuit design/analysis.
