Objective

As a Head Chef A, you will be responsible for executing and producing the menu according to the recipes and operational standards of the Group.

Responsibilities

· Participate in the daily production of the department's menu (Cold Kitchen / Hot Kitchen / Themed Restaurants), adhering to the operational standards and recipes of the Group.

· Collaborate with the team and your direct supervisor to ensure a smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.

· Promptly inform your supervisor of any issues or material shortages at your station.

· Guide and advise your subordinates for a smooth workflow.

· Follow the required ISO procedures and ensure the proper implementation of hygiene and safety regulations in your area.
