Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic leader for our Architecture department who will shape the technology landscape of our core financial platforms. This pivotal role involves defining and communicating a long-term architectural vision while directly managing a talented team of architects. You will guide, mentor, and support their professional growth through consistent feedback and one-on-one meetings.
As a key driver of strategic cohesion across our technology organization, you will oversee architectural standards, ensuring consistency and interoperability across all technology domains. You will also manage the annual budget for the Architecture Department, including vendor selection and management for critical partners like AWS, Snowflake, Visa, and others, negotiating contracts and controlling budgets for third-party collaborations.
