Role Overview
The Head of Brand & Content will spearhead the evolution of ITRS's brand and establish our reputation as a thought leader in the observability domain. You will create a robust executive media strategy, develop top-notch expertise, and implement systematic content initiatives that engage target audiences throughout their buying journey.
Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will work closely with executive leadership, Product Management, Sales, and Demand Generation teams. This position can be based in our London office and offers a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transform and reposition the brand from an IT monitoring vendor to a modern leader in observability for regulated industries.
- Oversee the evolution of visual identity and consolidation of digital presence to support brand modernization.
- Position ITRS executives as authoritative voices on observability, regulatory compliance, and financial technology.
- Secure earned media exposure at key industry events, podcasts, and publications.
- Develop a cohesive brand narrative and content frameworks to ensure consistent messaging across all value streams.
- Assemble and manage an integrated content team, including content managers, brand strategists, and visual designers.
- Formulate a content strategy that balances demand creation (95% of market) with demand capture (5% actively buying).
