Your Role:
The business in Greece is rapidly expanding, and we are eager to recruit a Head of Business Development for Greece to navigate existing and forge new business opportunities within the region. Based in our Athen office, you will serve as a pivotal link to our business partners in Greece, aiming to position Debitos as the premier player in the Greek market. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving Debitos’ growth in Greece – identifying opportunities, boosting revenue, and advising management on strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to define and implement the growth strategy for the local market, generate sales, create new business opportunities, and oversee sales processes.
Enhance brand awareness by planning and executing marketing activities for the region and successfully driving marketing projects.
Conduct market research, provide valuable insights, and pinpoint the most promising potential clients and partners.
Tailor the platform and marketing materials to accommodate the cultural nuances of the local market.
Engage cross-functionally to maximize the market’s full potential.
