Your Role:
- Develop and advocate for the vision of data and intelligence within the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Act as the chief analytics and intelligence advisor to GTM leadership.
- Simplify complex business inquiries into effective, scalable analytical models.
- Lead, mentor, and nurture a small team of analysts, fostering their professional growth.
- Design and sustain critical data products such as account scoring, revenue attribution, customer health metrics, and competitive analysis tools.
- Collaborate with the GTM Operations team to ensure CRM systems and other applications yield the necessary data and insights.
- Establish and uphold data quality and governance standards for GTM data in partnership with the Data Value Services Team.
- Work alongside the Data Value Services team on ETL processes and data architecture.
- Make strategic contributions to the business by not only answering queries but also shaping them to drive results.
