About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Head of Digital Design (Maternity Cover) to join our expanding in-house team! In this role, you will lead a variety of creative and trade-focused projects across the business. Your leadership experience and passion for guiding a talented team will be crucial in enhancing and innovating our digital marketing creative for New Campaign Launches, Business As Usual (BAU), and key sales events like Black Friday. A keen eye for detail in digital design and marketing is essential.

Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive you to be solutions-oriented and collaborative. You will work alongside various teams including creatives, marketing, digital, technology, trade, PR, and social media, while also supporting local markets in achieving their creative objectives.
As a Head of Digital Design, you will:
- Lead a talented team of designers (8-10) and oversee business-wide briefs, guiding the team in developing a diverse range of global digital assets, ensuring consistency across all platforms (emails, CT.com, Paid Marketing, the Charlotte Tilbury App, Affiliates, BAU, and Evergreen templated digital materials).
