WHO YOU ARE

We are in search of a dynamic Head of EMS Account Management to lead our national EMS Account Management team. This pivotal role resembles that of a manager overseeing a team of high-performing pharmaceutical representatives, instilling discipline, structure, and effective field-team leadership within our rapidly expanding EMS partnership ecosystem. You will be accountable for coaching, developing, and ensuring the performance of EMS account managers, coordinating with our Care Team, and achieving measurable outcomes across the EMS agencies we serve.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Lead, mentor, and nurture a team of EMS Account Managers, following a structure akin to pharmaceutical management.
  • Set clear, measurable objectives for each EMS agency and individual team member, conducting weekly and monthly performance assessments.
  • Oversee the implementation of the RightSite change-management framework across EMS deployments and ongoing operations.
  • Guarantee that each EMS agency has a robust adoption plan and collaborates closely with RightSite for successful execution.
  • Collaborate with EMS agencies to navigate workflow and cultural changes, demonstrating deep curiosity and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Rapidly test new field strategies, scaling successful approaches across agencies while promptly discontinuing ineffective ones.
  • Ensure consistent integration of best practices and execution standards across the entire Account Management team.
  • Partner with internal teams in EMS Sales, Care, and Marketing to help EMS partners meet targets for call volume, referral appropriateness, and RightSite activation performance.
  • Uphold RightSite's Brand Promise by cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with EMS providers, exemplifying the relational field strategies that define high-performing sales teams.
  • Drive action, continuity, and accountability across all EMS agency interactions, ensuring timely progress through implementation and adoption milestones.
  • Maintain a robust operational rhythm, including structured field visits, agency evaluations, and performance dashboards.
