Job Summary
We are seeking a Head of Engineering for GTM Systems who will spearhead the transition from no-code automation to a code-first infrastructure driven by AI agents.
This role is tailored for a builder who has transitioned from automation (e.g., workflow tools, enrichment pipelines, API integrations) to comprehensive engineering, focusing on designing scalable systems, writing production-ready code, and leading technical teams.
You will be responsible for shaping the architecture that underpins revenue operations, developing intelligent agent systems, and guiding a team of engineers in delivering impactful GTM infrastructure across diverse client environments.
Key Responsibilities
AI Agent Architecture & Engineering
- Design and construct AI-enhanced GTM systems, encompassing signal detection, enrichment, campaign orchestration, and response management.
- Develop scalable backend solutions utilizing Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Architect integrations across CRMs, APIs, data sources, and outreach platforms.
- Create reusable agent frameworks, templates, and SDK-like components for swift deployment.
Team Leadership & Engineering Culture
- Lead and expand a distributed engineering team, including offshore talent.
- Establish best practices for version control, testing, documentation, and deployment.
- Mentor engineers focused on automation to advance into AI-agent and software engineering roles.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Platform Development & Innovation
- Drive the evolution from no-code workflows to code-first AI systems.
- Assess emerging AI tools and capabilities to enhance platform functionality.
