Role overview
The Head of Go-To-Market Operations acts as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales. This leader will develop the operational playbook, build and scale the GTM operations team, and collaborate with founders on commercial decisions that need strong operational execution.
The position involves designing and implementing systems to support rapid company growth. With over 100 active opportunities and a $15M qualified pipeline (average contract values in the seven figures), Runlayer needs an experienced operator to bring structure and discipline to the commercial process as inbound demand rises.
