Role Overview: Head of Growth Marketing
This London-based position leads performance marketing at Carmoola, reporting directly to the CEO. The Head of Growth Marketing shapes and delivers the strategy that drives our next phase, moving from efficient growth to scalable, profitable expansion. The role oversees campaign execution, budget management, and team leadership within a leadership group known for agility and commercial focus. Carmoola values autonomy and expects clear results: first, hit efficiency goals, then scale up rapidly.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth
- Manage budgets and allocate resources for maximum impact
- Lead and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align marketing with company objectives
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to optimize future initiatives
