Role overview
The Head of Marketing for Europe leads a regional team spanning Trade Marketing, Category Marketing, and Regional Media. This senior position requires a strategic leader who excels in creative environments and can guide cross-functional teams. Acting as the brand ambassador for Europe, the role involves motivating the team and collaborating with global departments to shape and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and deliver 360 marketing campaigns: Coordinate with Marketing, Media, Visual Merchandising, Commercial, Digital, and Global Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, store launches, and events that set industry benchmarks.
- Drive media and digital strategy: Apply expertise to develop media strategies and digital initiatives that engage the brand’s audience.
