Role Overview
We are in search of a dynamic Head of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) to spearhead our strategic initiatives in this critical area. This position requires full accountability for the M&A lifecycle, ranging from identifying potential deals and conducting thorough target evaluations to executing transactions effectively.
This pivotal role demands a commercially astute leader capable of working autonomously, managing diverse stakeholders, and ensuring that acquisitions yield significant value post-transaction.

Key Responsibilities:
M&A Strategy & Deal Origination
- Design and implement a comprehensive M&A strategy that aligns with our overarching business goals.
- Proactively identify and source acquisition opportunities through market analysis, networking, and outreach initiatives.
- Cultivate and manage a strong pipeline of potential acquisitions.
- Evaluate targets for strategic alignment, synergy potential, and value generation.
Deal Execution & Transaction Management
- Lead the full cycle of deal execution, which includes:
- Assessing target organizations and their valuation.
- Conducting comprehensive commercial, financial, operational, and strategic due diligence.
- Structuring and negotiating favorable deal terms.
- Act as the internal deal coordinator, liaising with legal, financial, tax, and technical advisors.
- Prepare and present investment proposals to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Oversee transaction timelines, identify risks, and facilitate effective decision-making processes.
Post-Acquisition Integration (Essential)
- Assume direct responsibility for the post-merger integration process.
- Develop and manage integration plans for Day-1, Day-30, and Day-100.
