This pivotal role will be the first dedicated leader in people operations at Ivo, responsible for all aspects of our people and culture strategy. This includes sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and facilitating employee growth and satisfaction. The Head of People will help define our organizational identity and attract, hire, and nurture the talent that will shape our future.
