WHO YOU AREOver 6 years of leadership experience in people management, HR, or talent acquisition, focusing on at least two of the following areas: hiring strategy, people development, cultural enhancement, and HR operations. Proven track record in establishing people functions within high-growth environments, adept at transitioning from informal to structured processes while maintaining the core elements that made the informal successful. Operational expertise in developing compensation frameworks, performance management processes, and navigating multi-geographical employment laws. A commanding presence that allows you to be a genuine thought partner to the CEO and the executive leadership team, reflecting the leadership nature of this role.

We are seeking a Head of People & Culture based in London to shape and lead our approach to people and culture. This leader will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team to drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talent across our global workforce.

Role overview

The Head of People & Culture will oversee hiring strategy, culture-building, employee development, and the operational systems that support Cadmus as we grow. The role involves collaborating with leaders to ensure our values are reflected in every part of the employee experience, from recruitment to career development.
