We are seeking a Head of People & Culture based in London to shape and lead our approach to people and culture. This leader will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the executive team to drive initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talent across our global workforce.
Role overview
The Head of People & Culture will oversee hiring strategy, culture-building, employee development, and the operational systems that support Cadmus as we grow. The role involves collaborating with leaders to ensure our values are reflected in every part of the employee experience, from recruitment to career development.
What success looks like in year one
- Values-driven hiring process: Every role is filled by individuals who raise the bar and embody Cadmus values. Sourcing, assessment, and onboarding reinforce these standards, giving leaders greater confidence in hiring decisions.

- Insightful feedback for leaders: Regular, structured feedback becomes part of the culture. Leaders receive the information they need for career conversations and talent development, and challenging personnel decisions are handled with honesty and support.
- Efficient global people infrastructure: Employment frameworks, compensation approaches, and performance management processes are established to support scale and avoid unnecessary bureaucracy. The executive team relies on these foundations as Cadmus grows.
