About the Role

Stacks is on the lookout for a Head of People to establish and expand our people function during a period of rapid growth.

In this strategic role, you will partner closely with our founders and leadership team to construct the people infrastructure, nurture our culture, and lay the organizational foundation that will shape Stacks as we scale. This is a hands-on, impactful position where you will oversee everything from talent strategy and people operations to performance management and organizational design.

Key Responsibilities

Developing the People Function from the Ground Up

  • Design and execute scalable people operations, processes, and infrastructure

  • Establish frameworks for performance management, compensation philosophy, and equity structures

  • Create organizational design frameworks to accommodate rapid scaling

  • Develop employee lifecycle programs, covering everything from onboarding to offboarding
