We are seeking a strategic and analytical leader to fill the role of Head of Product Analytics. In this pivotal position, you will shape our product analytics strategy and enhance data-driven decision-making across the organization. Collaborating closely with leaders in Product, Design, and Engineering, you will take ownership of the analytics roadmap, expand our team and operational framework in both San Francisco and Paris, and develop systems that enable Front to deliver high-quality product innovations swiftly and effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
Provide strategic insights that inform Front's product strategy by synthesizing product usage data, experimentation results, and market trends into actionable recommendations.
Lead the development of comprehensive analytics frameworks that support product decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Mentor and develop the analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
