Since our initial funding round, we have successfully doubled our revenue with a lean team of approximately 25 professionals. Currently, we lack a dedicated sales leader and an outbound sales strategy, relying solely on our product-market fit to drive success. Key Responsibilities

Phase 1: Personal Sales Leadership and Process Definition

• Lead discovery, pricing, negotiation, and closure of strategic deals personally.

• Develop a comprehensive sales playbook including ideal customer profiles, packaging, contracts, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.

• Design, implement, and refine both outbound and inbound sales motions until a repeatable pipeline is established.

• Maintain close operational alignment with the CEO, ensuring timely updates on progress and potential risks.

Phase 2: Team Recruitment and Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and guide top-tier sales representatives.

• Establish a systematic operating rhythm to ensure predictable and scalable revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience building a sales motion at a venture capital-backed firm, scaling revenue from seven figures to eight figures.

• A hands-on builder who thrives on execution rather than delegation.

• A perpetual experimenter: you adapt messaging, pricing, and objection handling based on what yields results.

• Strong operational discipline; if it's not recorded in HubSpot, it didn't happen.

• Fast-paced, efficient in closing loops, and receptive to feedback as a means for improvement.
