Utilize analytics tools and collaborate with the analytics team to assess sales performance and report findings to management. Mentor key positions within the sales department. Collaborate across teams, including Dealing, Product, Compliance, and Data. Hold accountability for departmental performance against targets. Assist in executing additional duties as required. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and foster team development.
