ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the sales department’s performance. Design and execute sales strategies that establish and align with key performance indicators for the business. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with key clients, both internally and externally. Champion the product and play a pivotal role in securing major deals. Identify areas for improvement in sales strategies through comprehensive research and analysis. Monitor product and market trends, making forecasts that position the business ahead of competitors. Leverage analytics tools and collaborate with the analytics team to report on sales performance, highlighting successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to management. Mentor key positions within the sales department. Collaborate across teams, including Dealing, Product, Compliance, and Data. Accountable for the department's performance against set targets. Assist with additional responsibilities as needed. Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and strategize effectively.
