This role involves efficiently processing all release of information (ROI) requests, particularly medical record inquiries, while ensuring accuracy and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding patient privacy by ensuring that only authorized individuals access medical information and that all releases comply with requests, authorizations, company policies, and HIPAA regulations. This position requires significant travel, comprising 75% or more of your time. Ideal candidates should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in health information management (HIM).
