Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM EST
- Location: This role will be based in Littleton, CO, 80122
- Thrives in a high-volume production setting.
- Handles medical record requests by communicating with patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide up-to-date medical information.
- Documents information across multiple platforms using dual computer monitors.

Your Responsibilities:
- Process requests for patient health information in accordance with company and facility policies.
- Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all sensitive information.
- Maintain proficiency in company and facility software applications.
- Adhere to the company's and customer facilities' Code of Conduct and operational policies.
- Communicate with management regarding work challenges, site issues, and workload fluctuations.
- Support additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
- Consistently apply medical privacy regulations to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
- Oversee the management of patient health records.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards for protecting patient records.
- Prepare new patient charts, compiling documents and information from both paper and electronic health records.
- Ensure that medical records are accurately assembled and complete.
- Create digital images of documents for storage in the electronic medical record system.
