Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a small team to ensure accurate HEDIS reporting and achievement of performance measures.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Quality Improvement to identify areas for departmental enhancement.
- Conduct thorough analyses of HEDIS data, evaluating strengths and areas needing improvement, and communicate findings to executive leadership.
Position Purpose: This role involves overseeing HEDIS data accuracy and reporting, which includes auditing and identifying improvement opportunities. Work with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure HEDIS and CAHPS initiatives are seamlessly integrated across the organization, ultimately enhancing outcomes for our members.
- Manage resources, methodologies, and procedures to boost HEDIS measure performance.
- Ensure compliance with HEDIS technical specifications and internal/external policies.
- Provide detailed analyses of HEDIS measures and present improvement results to senior management.
- Oversee clinical quality metrics and HEDIS processes.
- Establish processes for evaluating member compliance reports for HEDIS measures.
- Ensure compliance during quality audits and maintain data integrity and control processes.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
