Computer Skills:Proficient in modeling and reporting; must possess the ability to create financial models and reporting spreadsheets using Excel and EMR reporting tools. Competencies:Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels. Strong aptitude for handling large datasets and prior experience with process improvement initiatives. SQL proficiency is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Strong multitasking abilities, teamwork promotion, and fact-based decision-making skills.
