Your Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted Account Manager for customers exploring Lightspeed’s offerings, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that deliver value.
Cultivate trust and rapport while employing active listening skills to enhance upselling opportunities and maximize account growth during every customer interaction.
Guide customers through their upgrade journey from basic platforms to advanced solutions.
Showcase our software solutions, from core POS products to additional modules and upgrades.
Drive reactive upsells from inbound sales to boost monthly recurring revenue.

Foster strong retailer advocacy, enhancing empathy and understanding among hospitality owners within the organization.
