You will be actively involved, motivating your team and ensuring a high-quality activity program while embodying the spirit of fun.
This job goes beyond just enjoying summer vibes; it demands strong communication, organization, and accountability. You'll spend your season in Greece with an international team, surrounded by breathtaking sunsets, music, and social interactions, all while developing your leadership skills.
