Role:
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized individual to support our HR Administration and Office Management efforts in our Berlin office.
Your Responsibilities:
HR Support
- Assisting with overall administrative HR functions
- Maintaining and updating our HR systems
- Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
- Supporting the posting of job advertisements for our internal team and clients
Office & Operations Support
- Ensuring smooth office operations
- Organizing office supplies and liaising with external service providers
- Assisting with meetings, workshops, and events
- Being the point of contact for team members
- Supporting the operations team with various projects
