Your Responsibilities:

HR Support

  • Assisting with overall administrative HR functions
  • Maintaining and updating our HR systems
  • Communicating with candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Supporting the posting of job advertisements for our internal team and clients

Office & Operations Support

  • Ensuring smooth office operations
  • Organizing office supplies and liaising with external service providers
  • Assisting with meetings, workshops, and events
  • Being the point of contact for team members
  • Supporting the operations team with various projects
