Main Responsibilities

1. HR Process & Data Enablement

  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR processes to pinpoint opportunities for AI and automation, while coordinating demands from both regional and local teams.
  • Enhance data quality and integrity, documenting the structure of data within core HR systems.
  • Build a robust foundation of data essential to unlocking AI-driven value.
  • Establish HR data governance rules and maintain accurate taxonomies.

2. AI & Automation Implementation

  • Evaluate HR-related automation solutions released by vendors, ensuring effective testing and adoption as needed.
  • Design and prototype innovative HR AI use cases.
  • Assist in the development of Tier-0/1 HR AI support solutions in collaboration with the SBS HR team.
  • Facilitate seamless integration of HR workflows across various systems.
  • Assess options for building versus buying solutions.

3. Collaboration & Governance

  • Serve as the liaison between HR, AI/Architecture, and IT departments.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise AI governance standards.
  • Contribute to tracking the adoption of AI initiatives.
  • Promote the sharing of reusable components and industry best practices.
