The International Airport of Heraklion, Crete S. A. is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in the beautiful Heraklion, Crete. This role is pivotal in driving our HR operations in alignment with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and enhance HR operations that align with the company’s strategic goals and policies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft comprehensive job descriptions and ensure they meet organizational needs.
- Engage closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles for current and future roles.
- Prepare and disseminate job advertisements through effective channels to maximize visibility and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial CV screenings and coordinate interviews, collaborating with hiring managers as necessary.
- Generate reports and presentations that track recruitment status, headcount, and turnover metrics.
- Facilitate the onboarding process from acceptance of the offer through to successful integration into the team.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws on a daily basis.
- Provide HR advisory support to departmental heads on employee development, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Address workplace challenges and conflicts while adhering to legal and internal policies.
- Oversee performance evaluation cycles, including preparation and follow-up actions.
- Manage personnel matters related to work and residence permits in accordance with applicable legislation.
