Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders and the General Manager for Central Europe to enhance the People strategy and business performance.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders for daily performance management and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations cases and offer advice on organizational changes, work environments, and talent-related topics.
- Drive and implement essential People initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention.
- Lead and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives that support business growth.
- Ensure adherence to local labor laws while minimizing legal risks in daily operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with people priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Collaborate with the broader People team across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Office functions.
