Qualifications

Requirements3–6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, independently supporting and coaching leaders. Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and practical experience managing employee relations issues. Experience in international or matrix organizations. Solid understanding of core HR functions including Performance Management, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Diversity & Inclusion. Fluency in Polish and English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels. Proven track record of driving change, leading projects, and implementing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Business-minded, proactive, and solutions-oriented with the capability to prioritize and execute efficiently.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders and the General Manager for Central Europe to enhance the People strategy and business performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders for daily performance management and leadership development.
  • Manage employee relations cases and offer advice on organizational changes, work environments, and talent-related topics.
  • Drive and implement essential People initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to development and retention.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects and change initiatives that support business growth.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws while minimizing legal risks in daily operations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, balancing business needs with people priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Office functions.
