As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support to branch leaders. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, compliance, training, and serving as the primary HR contact within your region. This role is based in Denver, Colorado.

Position Responsibilities
Support Managers across multiple branches with their HR needs.
Conduct full-cycle recruitment and selection for office and management positions, including job postings, sourcing, candidate communications, interviews, and liaising with hiring managers.
Collaborate with the HR Team for employee transfers and relocations to ensure compliance with procedures.
Assist with employee relations issues, immigration cases, investigations, and terminations.
Partner in change management initiatives.
Facilitate comprehensive onboarding for new office and management staff, including orientation and document processing.
Establish and maintain relationships with trade-related schools and community organizations; utilize co-op and internship programs; attend career/job fairs.
Assist the HR Team in providing training and development opportunities to employees.
Be a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR matters.
Maintain and update Performance Review Records.
