QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldA minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to strategic HR leadership and business partneringExpertise in organizational design and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with business strategiesProven track record in designing and implementing Performance Management Systems (PMS), talent management, and succession planningAbility to present HR insights and analytics to senior management and engage in executive-level discussionsThorough understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulationsProficient in sourcing, assessing, and hiring candidates that meet business needsExperience in developing appraisal systems and KPI frameworksSkilled in conflict resolution and managing grievancesAdept at interpreting HR data for informed decision-making and process enhancementsExperience in identifying learning needs and implementing development initiativesAbility to create and enforce HR policies and proceduresFamiliarity with HRIS and recruitment platformsDemonstrated leadership in change management and building high-performing teams. Exceptional communication, influencing, and coaching abilities. Experience in a multi-company or group of companies environment, preferably in medium to large firms. Background in high-growth or fast-paced settings. Knowledge of current employer branding and talent development strategies.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Compressed Workweek)
