Main responsibilities

Maintain HR documentation and records
Administer payroll processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; address employee disciplinary issues

Assess training needs and plan relevant programs
Organize and monitor the effectiveness of training sessions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration or Psychology
