Role overview
The HR Manager oversees administration, performance management, benefits, learning and development, and HR analytics. The position reports on-site in Tbilisi and plays a central role in maintaining HR standards and processes.
Main responsibilities
- Maintain HR documentation and records
- Administer payroll processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies; address employee disciplinary issues
- Oversee the employee evaluation system
- Coordinate company benefits, including administration, research, contracts, policy oversight, and reporting
- Assess training needs and plan relevant programs
- Organize and monitor the effectiveness of training sessions
- Manage the learning and development budget
- Track HR metrics and KPIs; analyze data quarterly
- Conduct employee engagement and satisfaction surveys
- Prepare and present quarterly HR reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration or Psychology
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Experience with HR software preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Thorough knowledge of labor codes
- Proficiency in English
Working conditions
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
