The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all safety measures are implemented effectively and that all operations adhere to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE supervision during ground construction processes.
Monitor and enforce the contractor's HSE management system, reviewing safety protocols in construction plans for compliance with operational procedures.
Conduct daily inspections of high-risk operations including but not limited to hoisting, excavation, and heavy machinery operation to maintain safe site conditions.
Document and track the resolution of any identified safety hazards, ensuring timely corrective actions are completed.
